- Currently: Advisor at the Presidency of the Kurdistan Region.
- 2022 – 2023: Advisor for Yazidi Affairs at the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs, Kurdistan Regional Government.
- 2008 – 2022: Director General of Yazidi Affairs at the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs, Kurdistan Regional Government.
- 1997 – 2008: Teacher of Kurdish Language and Literature at Malta High School and the Institute of Fine Arts in Duhok.

- Founder and Editor-in-Chief of (Sot Lalish) newspaper in Kurdish and Arabic (founded 2003).
